Need help on downloading

Hey, i have an issue on downloading. Its about Megaupload. It won't let me download because i already downloaded something from megaupload and i need an premium account to download this which i dont have. D: so how do i fix this? I already made my regular account it doesn't help it says download limit exceeded

just wait? or if that doesn't work, restart comp? I never had that problem with megaupload. See if you have another download in progress from megaupload, if so, let it finish then try downloading again.
